Payment and Cancellation Policy
Deposit and Final Payment:
A 50% deposit will confirm your reservation. The balance to be received 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
All payments are non-refundable unless the property can be re-rented for the exact dates canceled. Trip cancellation insurance is available through High CountryTravel.
Length of Stay:
All requests will be considered based on availability.
Not Included:
Staff gratuity (10-15%), food (except with the cook/food option), U.S. and Mexican departure taxes, optional trip cancellation insurance (available from your Travel Agent or High-Country Travel), Mexican IVA tax (15%), and Mexican room tax (2%). |
